Things that go BuuZZZZ in the night! Happy Halloween!

Tonight I learned all about a new American Holiday... and how to score buckets of candy from neighbors! I am not actually old enough to eat the sweets yet, but Mom and Dad wanted to make sure that I start memorizing the route through the neighborhood for an advantage in years to come.

First stop: Mary's house next door! Bzzzzzzzzzz

Next: Memo & Johanna on the corner. Bzzzzzzzzzz

This is great Dad... what did we get?

Next stop: Gene & Joyce's house across the street. Bzzzzzzzz, and then around the corner to Ken & Shelly's.... Bzzzzzzzzzzz.

A fun holiday. We tried stopping by to say hello to a few neighbors that probably were't home from work... back to the drawing board for next year.

Jack-O-Lantern

While Grandma Jensen was out, we got to carve my first pumpkin!

Crazy gooeystuff inside a pumpkin, and these little white seeds that you can actually eat if you cook them up??*^%#*??

First we took the top off, and grandma scraped out all the stuff inside his head.

Mom got her hands in too, showing me how to get the brains out.

Then you cut out the eyes, mouth and nose. Here I am putting the top back on.

Finished... what do you think Grandma?

I had a fun time with you grandma! See you at Thanksgiving.

Logan's B-day Party

My friend Logan was born a year ago, and L.U.C.K.Y. ... he was born right close to halloween, so we got to dress up in halloween costumes to go to his b-day party. I dressed up as a Bumble Bee. Grandma Jensen is out visiting from Montana, so she got to come to Logan's party too. My mom dressed up as Mom, so Grandma dressed up as Grandma.

At home in my hive.

There were two other bees at the party, and a butterfly, a pirate, and Logan was a monkey.

Happy Birthday Logan!

We all had a good time playing with all the toys.

... and eating tags off Logan's clothes.

That is how a Bee rolls!

Aunt Julie-Lulie

My Aunt Julie and Grandma Jensen came out from Montana this week. It was fun to see Aunt Julie, Aunt Mandy, and Caitlin when they came to visit.

Let's play?

Caitlin likes cheerio's just as much as I do!

High -5 on the cheerio!

See you soon!

The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown

This afternoon we went on a fun family adventure to McPhails Family Fun Farm in Lynden. It was an adventure for certain... farm animals, hay rides, pumpkins... what more could you ask for?

I have read all about these creatures in my book of farm animals, but this was the first real life event for me. Look here we have a goat, a few sheep, a pig, and several ducks. I got to be honest with you... they made me laugh pretty hard!

And here is Mr. Cow! I have heard mom and dad make cow noises reading me my book, but it didn't sound much like real life Mr. Cow.
I even got to climb into this John Deere tractor.

Ready to plow the fields grandpa!

Pumpkin patch this way --> --> -->

What do you think of this one?

Or this one? I kind of like this crawling aorund in the dirt.

This is the pumpkin that I have been looking for! Now how am I going to carry it back to the car?

Bellingham Bay Marathon

Today my mom ran in the inagural Bellingham Bay Marathon! I stayed up late last night in my bedroom making signs to cheer mom on as she ran by us on the trails!

Here is a picture of Dad holding the signs for me while I clap and cheer in the back pack!

...and here comes mom at the (9) mile mark. Isn't she looking good?

Go Mom Go!

Here comes Mom and Alisa approaching the (19) mile mark! Keep up the good work!

Hi MOM!

You were great mom.

We are so proud of you!

LOVE FINN & DAD

Training Wheels for Walking

Grandma and Grandpa got me a Pooh Machine. A toy that has Winnie the Pooh, Eore, and Tigger too. It is a great toy that makes all kinds of crazy noises and play songs, but best of all it is a great mode for transportation when I really need to get from the front room to the kitchen in record time.

If I just have something to stand up with, I can be a walking machine.

The sissy bar in the back is for when I pop wheelies!

Steering wheel with a horn, and a dash board with a radio.

Moving on down the carpet highway.

Hop on! I will give you a lift.

Best Friends

Stella and I have been hanging together quite a bit lately, well, ever since I have figured out that I can crawl right into her dog bed! It just takes me a little while to get over the pillow with both legs, and then we can hang out.

...yep, just about up and over. Give me a second here!

And here we are!

Channel Surfer

A Dad teaching moment, surfing the television on college football Saturday!

Look at Me Now!

I haven't updated the blog for a few weeks, so I wanted to let you know what I have been up to lately. Exploring! Finnegan Exploring Jensen.

I have learned that my stand up saucer is much more fun from the bottom. I can crawl in, and who knows what I might find.

I like to crawl, crawl, crawl.

Grab onto anything I can.

A bit photogenic when I have the time...

and, I like to stand up when I have a ledge, wall or table to hold onto.

I like to push this stool around the dining room.

Have a great October friends!
