Melba Toast Mustache

Went to see Doc today for my 9 month check up, and everything is great! I am officially a healthy growing boy, and even better.... I get to start eating big kid food! Not just the mushy oatmeal. Doc says that I can have banana's, and cheerio's, toast... and even....TURKEY!

We got home to celebrate, but there were no banana's in the house... so dad gave me the melba toast, and with my good fashion sense I decided to decorate the dining room and make myself a melba toast mustache!

Happy Friday everybody!

Dudes in Red

I have my own secret door in the kitchen nowdays. Here is the only cupdoard door without a lock. When mom and dad are cooking up something good, I get to come and play in the cupboard. You should see all of the things that I can build and smack together.

Summer is winding down, but we still try and get out in the boat when we can. Mom digs her dudes when they wear their red hats, so dad and I had to dude up for her!

You should see me drive the boat with dad. I can drive r-r-r-really fast!

Happy Crawling Machine

I have been a verybusy boy crawling around the house lately. It is all mom and dad can do to make sure I am not getting into trouble. The house has new door contraptions that won't allow me to get into any cupboards, except for the Finnegan cupboard filled with all of the tupperware that I get to rearrange whenever I want to!

Stella and I are becoming very good friends. You can see me crawling right next to her, and pulling her tail, and grabbing her collar. I can even climb into her dog bed!

Stella!

I just follow that dog everywhere!

Everything I can find laying around the house goes straight to the chops.

Buddies

Hey! I found my mouse out of his house.

If you can't tell, I am really enjoying this crawling thing!

Play me a Song the Piano Man

He says, "Son, can you play me a memory, I'm not really sure how it goes, But it's sad and it's sweet and I knew it complete When I wore a younger man's clothes."

la la la, di da daLa la, di di da da dum

Sing us a song, you're the piano man Sing us a song tonight Well, we're all in the mood for a melody And you've got us all feelin' alright

It's a pretty good crowd for a Saturday And the manager gives me a smile 'Cause he knows that it's me they've been comin' to see To forget about life for a while And the piano, it sounds like a carnival And the microphone smells like a beer And they sit at the bar and put bread in my jarAnd say, "Man, what are you doin' here?"
